How do I place an order?

When your campaign begins, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor your clicks.
What payment methods do you accept?

Why did my payment decline?
If your payment declined, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

- Blocked by your bank
- Failed our security checks
Please ensure your card has sufficient funds, contact your bank to lift any blocks and ensure when checking out on our site, your card details are correct and your billing address matches the details held by your card provider.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds or credits are available if we are unable to fulfill your order, in part or in full. Additionally, if we determine your offer isn’t a good fit for our audience and would not yield acceptable results, we’ll issue a refund or credit.

When will my campaign start?
Campaigns typically begin within 24 hours of ordering. While it may start sooner, timing depends on the volume of clicks ordered and overall demand.
Can I schedule my campaign for a specific date?
Yes, if you have a preferred start date, please add a note at checkout. We aim to be as flexible as possible.
How long does it take to deliver clicks?
Clicks are usually delivered within 24–72 hours after your order is successfully placed.
How will I receive updates on my campaign’s progress?
We’ll email you a tracking link once your campaign starts, allowing you to monitor clicks in real-time. For additional updates or support, our customer service team is available to help.
Can I change my link after the campaign starts?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the link once a campaign has started. Please ensure that the link provided is correct. We do not offer refunds or credits for incorrect or non-working links.
Do I need to provide the ad copy?
No, just provide your link, and we’ll create the ad copy to optimize campaign success based on our audience insights. However, if you prefer to provide your own ad copy, please add it to the Notes box at checkout.

How do you ensure I receive quality traffic with your service?
We ensure quality traffic by using 100% opt-in email lists, targeting the most relevant subscribers for your ad, and regularly cleaning our lists to remove inactive contacts. Additionally, we use advanced click-tracking technology to filter out duplicate and low-quality clicks, so you receive unique, engaged traffic for maximum impact.
What countries will the traffic be from?
You can select "Only Top Tier" or "Mixed" traffic when ordering. "Only Top Tier" provides 100% T1 clicks from countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. "Mixed" traffic includes a combination of T1 and T2 clicks.
Can I receive clicks from a specific country?
Yes. If, for example, you only want clicks from the USA, choose "Only Top Tier" and add a note at checkout specifying "USA only".
Can you guarantee sales from my campaign?
No provider can guarantee sales, as results depend on many factors and it would be unethical to make such promises. However, our targeted traffic offers a strong chance of conversions, with 78% of our clients reporting sales from their campaigns.
What opt-in rate should I expect?
On average, opt-in rates range from 20–60%, influenced by factors such as the quality of your opt-in page.
